If there is one thing he’s learned through years of therapy, it’s that he needs to stop and smell the roses a little more.
“I’m always calculating what I want to do, who I want to be, what I want to accomplish,” he says. “I don’t need to worry about that, that’s always there on a slow smmer. The muscle I have to work on is being more present.”
